Growdar Terms of Service

Operator: Variable Group (billing entity to be added). Proof-of-concept version, not legally final.

1. The service

Growdar is software as a service for competitive and market intelligence. It processes publicly available information from the web, public company registers and licensed data sources (e.g. organic search estimates). Outputs are informational input for your decisions; every claim states its source and time. Estimates are labelled as estimates.

2. Accounts, plans and money-back guarantee

An account is created by signing in with Google or e-mail and starts on the Free plan (no payment card). Paid plans have no free trial; they are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe from the day of purchase, and annual billing equals 10 monthly payments. Every first purchase of a paid plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you ask us within 14 days of the first payment (contact form or e-mail), we refund the full amount without conditions; the subscription ends and the workspace returns to the Free plan with its data kept. The guarantee applies once per customer and not to renewals. Afterwards the plan can be changed or cancelled at any time in the customer portal; cancellation applies from the end of the paid period.

3. Seats and collaborators

Each plan includes a number of seats. The workspace owner may invite collaborators up to that number; collaborators see the workspace data and act on behalf of the customer. The owner is responsible for who they invite.

4. What Growdar does not do

It does not collect personal profiles, does not bypass logins or payment gateways, and respects robots.txt and rate limits of target websites. It does not crawl websites that asked to be excluded. It does not guarantee completeness or correctness of third-party data.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. The operator's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months. The customer is responsible for decisions taken based on the outputs.

6. Termination

After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period. Workspace data is deleted 90 days after termination, or earlier on request.
