What we process

• Account: e-mail, name (from your Google profile if you use it), sign-in time, IP address at sign-in (abuse protection, 30 days).
• Use of the service: websites you entered, confirmed competitors, decisions and notes – this is the content of your service.
• Billing: handled by Stripe; we keep only the customer identifier and subscription status. Card details never reach our servers.
• E-mails: sign-in links, team invitations and the morning digest (one-click unsubscribe in every e-mail).

What we do not process

Growdar does not collect personal data of third parties from the websites it monitors – it focuses on companies, products, prices and public corporate communication. Personal profiles (e.g. dating sites, individuals' social media) are excluded.

Cookies

Technical only: session (sign-in) and an anonymous visitor identifier for the first look without an account (90 days). No third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection. Write to us; we delete the account and workspace data within 30 days of the request.

Data shared between customers

Public data about websites (fetched pages, SEO estimates, company summaries) is cached per domain and may be reused for another customer monitoring the same website. Your own connected data (GA4, Search Console, Merchant Center), decisions and notes are never shared.
